The Southbound Resilience Webinars: Ecosystem-based Adaptation and Biodiversity
ECOBARI (Ecosystem-based Adaptation for Resilient Incomes) extends a warm invitation to you for the third session of ‘The Southbound Resilience Webinars’. As you’re likely aware, this series identifies and discusses opportunities and challenges in scaling up Ecosystem-based Adaptation (EbA) in the Global South. By fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among EbA practitioners, the Southbound Resilience Webinars delve into valuable insights and lessons for promoting nature-based solutions.
Marking the second anniversary of the ECOBARI Collaborative, this edition will centre around two closely intertwined themes – biodiversity conservation and sustainable livelihoods. This event promises invaluable insights into the positive impact of responsible environmental stewardship, showcasing the potential to create sustainable livelihoods and financial opportunities for communities.
The session will commence with three presentations on ‘good practices’ by experienced practitioners. Following this, panel discussions will feature subject experts and practitioners, culminating in a Q&A round to engage the audience.
We sincerely hope you will join us for this enlightening session as we continue our collaborative journey to scale up EbA solutions.
